Terms and Conditions
Every detail, considered
From the first conversation to the final hand-finished piece, our process is built on clarity, care, and craftsmanship. These terms outline how we work together, setting expectations for bespoke commissions, quotations, production, and delivery.
1. Orders
Your order is confirmed once you’ve submitted your details and paid in full. All orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.
2. Payment
We accept bank transfer only. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
3. Timeline
Standard production time is 4 to 8 weeks from payment. Bridal and occasion wear requires a minimum of 8 weeks. Express production (as little as 2 weeks) is available for an additional urgency fee, subject to availability. Once payment is received, we’ll provide an estimated arrival date. If you need your outfit for a specific event, please allow ample time between receiving your parcel and your event date in case you need to make adjustments to sizing or fit.
4. Measurements
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We make garments to your exact specifications. Once production begins, significant alterations cannot be made.
5. Returns and Exchanges
As each garment is made to your individual measurements, it is not eligible for return or exchange. If there’s a genuine fault in materials or workmanship, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
6. Delivery
We ship worldwide. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel leaves our care.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs and finished pieces are the property of Anawar Atelier. We retain the right to photograph and share images of your garment on our website and social media.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law.
Distance Selling Notice
As our garments are made to your individual measurements and specifications, they are bespoke goods. Under UK distance selling regulations, bespoke goods made to order are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. Once you confirm your order and payment is received, production begins and your order cannot be cancelled.
